Pleasant attitude of staff, proximity to Tuyap Fuar. Good clean neighbourhood, proximity to Beykent Metrobus station for travelling to the tourist part of town. There's a carrefour supermarket across the hotel entrance for essential purchases, an eczane (medical drugstore) nearby for essential over-the-counter medicines (in case you take ill), good eateries and dining places within walking distance from the hotel.

Comfortable and excellent service, the staff did everything to make our visit easy & enjoyable, Thanks to Miss Elif upgraded our room for free with balcony + city view. great location as well, the beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious , And the wifi was very good. This hotel should be 5 🌟 because of helpful staff and cleaning. Highly recommended for friends and families ❤

location in quite place, nearby restaurants and shopping malls, offer exchange money service, very helpful staff that can answer your any questions . clean comfortable big room. pool..sauna hamam...,,good value for money. they offer taxi service to airport, you can take taxi to go to beach in (Istanbul west marina beach) 100 lira 30 minutes distance by taxi. also you can go to many night clubs in short distance,,,and big Marmara shopping mall about 10 minutes by bus.

Hotel was completely fine, they had free shuttle to Tuyap centre, which we used to go the fair. Carrefour supermarket is just on the other side of the street (not a big store but is ok). Breakfast was quite good, though they did not offer Turkish coffee, or at least I did not see to whom to order it. We parked inside the hotel and they helped us a lot with the car and everything.

Very welcoming reception staff especially the concierge Ali was outstanding. He goes extra mile for his guests. They made us feel welcome. The breakfast area was amazing with beautiful views. There is a variety of foods to choose from. Around 0.5km walking distance to Metrobus (Beykent Stop). Definitely will be back.

What I liked most about my experience was undoubtedly the staff. From the moment I stepped into the reception area to my dining experience in the restaurant, everyone was exceptional. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness truly made my visit memorable.

I like the breakfast, the room and the staff were very helpful My only issue was the lift as one of the lift did not work through out my stay which sometimes led to very long wait to the point i sometimes had to use the stairs to and from my 4th floor room. Otherwise everything was superb

A beautiful hotel that was much nicer and better than I expect for such an affordable price. Very helpful staff and the reception provided us with help whenever we needed it 24/24. Terrific view from the roof restaurant. Breakfast buffe available until later which is very convenient. I would recommend to anyone staying in Beylikduzu
